First Student’s Diversity & Inclusion Council (D&IC) is proud to recognize our own Debbie Ley for Women’s History Month.
Debbie has more than four decades of school bus industry experience and oversees six locations as senior location manager in Western Pennsylvania.
She served the first 40 years of her career as location manager at the Ebensburg location, prior to her current role of senior location manager in 2018.
In addition to her annual superior customer survey scores and perfect safety reviews, Debbie’s awards are extensive including, Customer First Awards, Presidential Award of Excellence, Safety First Awards, First Student Value Award, and Be First Award.
