Does your student need to be picked up or dropped off at different locations each day or attend specialized schools outside of your district? The First Alt program provides specialized solutions to fit your needs.
Visit First Student’s feedback portal, select Lost Item, and fill out the mandatory fields on the form. A member of our local team will get back to you ASAP.

We know families need flexible transportation options. If your child lives outside the district, contact your school district to ask about First Alt, our alternative transportation solution. You can also share our informational download with district leaders.
We understand that family routines change. Stop information is managed by your student’s school or district transportation department, so please contact them directly. Once confirmed, updates may take up to two weeks to appear with First Student and in the First View app.
