First Student Grows Fleet in New Jersey with Acquisition of Trans-Ed

CINCINNATI First Student, the leading provider of student transportation to school districts across North America, will be serving more communities in New Jersey. The company is expanding its operations with the acquisition of Trans-Ed, a longtime provider of school bus and charter bus services.

“We are excited to provide an exceptional experience, unmatched care and the safest ride to school to more students and families in New Jersey,” said First Student CEO and President John Kenning. “We admire the service Trans-Ed has provided to their school district partners over the past 30 years.
