Companies collecting school supplies for social service organizations throughout Cincinnati.
CINCINNATI — First Student is once again teaming up with Fox 19 and Q102 in Cincinnati for the 6th annual Time Warner Cable Backpack Challenge to collect school supplies for students in the Greater Cincinnati area. This year’s goal is to receive enough supplies to fill 1,500 backpacks for students supported by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, the Brighton Center and Inner City Youth Opportunities. Donations can be made in person at three live broadcast events in July and August as well as Remke bigg’s and Time Warner Cable locations across Cincinnati.
First Student will provide a bus to collect donations from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. on:
- Friday, July 29 at Deerfield Towne Center in Mason
- Friday, August 5 at Rookwood Commons in Cincinnati
- Friday, August 12 at Bridgewater Falls in Fairfield Township
