Aamodt, an army medic, has been in Iraq for the past three months, where he’s stationed with the 133rd Infantry division near the Syrian and Libyan border.
In all, hundreds of dollars were collected, allowing First Student employees to purchase necessary supplies, including non-perishable food items, candy, personal care items, books, magazines, and DVDs.
“James is a good guy, and we miss him. This effort is really just our small way of saying thanks for your sacrifice and service,” added Wheeler.
