First Student Location #11419 in Coffeyville, KS conducted team building activities before school year starts. 
The session began with a kick-off meeting greeting returning drivers and welcoming new staff. Then staff broke into groups and were given the following directives: • design a location crest • identify team members’ accomplishments • outline the location team’s values • determine what the team’s vision will be for the school year After the breakout session, the team came together to discuss each groups’ responses. “I’m so very proud of this incredible team,” said Location Manager Lisa Cox. “The staff came together with such great enthusiasm to start the school year.”
