Many of us have been touched by the generosity of a stranger, and “paying it forward” is a small way of showing gratitude and appreciation for that act of kindness. In early November, Location #12631 in Johnston, Rhode Island, did just that by organizing a non-perishable food drive to help their local kindergarten school. Spearheaded by Monitor/Aide Lisa Annicelli, about 75 team members collected 300 pounds of canned food through the drive. Afterwards, the location delivered the food to Early Childhood Center in Johnston, RI. “We had such great participation in this food drive,” said Location Manager Frank Chauvette. “This is the first time we organized a food drive, and I can’t tell you how excited I was to see such tremendous support from my team.”
