2021 Superintendent of the Year
First Student sponsors AASA’s Superintendent of the Year program because we respect superintendents, and the job they do, and want to honor them in a special way.
The Superintendent Spotlight is meant to honor each of the State level winners and highlight their accomplishments and why they were recognized as the Superintendent of the Year in 2021 for their respective states.
Being a superintendent is a tough job every year, but especially in 2020 as districts had to deal with all the unknowns brought about by the coronavirus pandemic, while continuing to educate the children in their districts.
We’re proud to partner with superintendents in the 1,100+ districts we serve across North America, thrilled to sponsor this prestigious award and say thank you for all you do.
