First Student seeks applicants who are committed to providing safe transportation and excellent customer service, and have genuine, caring attitudes for children. The company will provide all necessary training for those in need of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). First Student has multiple locations across southern New Jersey including Lawnside, Delran, Willingboro and Berlin.
Prospective candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to pass all background checks and drug screens. Driver applicants must possess a New Jersey driver’s license and have at least three years of driving experience. They must able to safely transport students in a timely manner and complete all pre- and post-trip shift activities. Applicants should possess a sincere desire to work with the public, follow all traffic and corporate regulations, and meet additional company requirements.
