CINCINNATI — First Student, Inc., the nation’s leader in student transportation, seeks approximately 15 safety-minded individuals to join the company’s Columbia and Jefferson City, Mo. teams as school bus drivers. First Student seeks drivers who are committed to providing safe transportation and excellent customer service, and have genuine, caring attitudes for children. The company will provide all necessary training for those in need of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Prospective First Student drivers have the opportunity to apply at multiple career fairs throughout April including:

- Wednesday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. BooneCountyElectric Cooperative 1413 Rangeline Street, Columbia, Mo.
Prospective candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to pass all background checks and drug screens. Driver applicants must have at least three years of driving experience. They must able to safely transport students in a timely manner and complete all pre- and post-trip shift activities. Applicants should possess a sincere desire to work with the public, follow all traffic and corporate regulations, and meet additional company requirements.
