The First View® app gives you real-time bus tracking so you know where your child’s bus is and when it will arrive. Our feedback portal and local phone line (715-842-2268) connect you directly with our team for quick answers and support. These tools are here to make communication clearer and give families peace of mind.

Strong local leadership
We’ve made staff changes and role adjustments to strengthen daily support for families and schools. While the Location Manager role is in transition, regional leaders are onsite each day, providing oversight, improving reliability, and ensuring communication is timely and responsive.

We’ve brought in drivers from other First Student locations to support Wausau routes and launched local recruiting with paid training to build a strong pipeline. These steps help ensure every student has safe, dependable rides throughout the school year.
