Michael Petrucci has served as our Senior Vice President and General Counsel since January 2026, and the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of First Student, Inc. since May 2016.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Petrucci served as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of First Student, Inc. from November 2010 to May 2016, and the Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of First Student, Inc. from April 2001 to November 2010.
