Joe Schwaderer has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 2026, and the Chief Financial Officer of First Student, Inc. since October 2022.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Schwaderer served as the Chief Financial Officer, Americas at ISS A/S, a facility management company that provides placemaking solutions, from June 2021 to September 2022, and Chief Financial Officer, Americas, at G4S, a leading security services and technology provider, from September 2017 to June 2021.
