Darrel Harris has served as our Chief Commercial Officer since January 2026, and the Chief Commercial Officer of First Student, Inc. since June 2025.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Harris served as the First Student, Inc. Chief Transformation Officer from May 2024 to May 2025. Mr. Harris was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives of Yellow Corporation, a super-regional less-than-truckload company, from April 2021 to December 2023 and November 2020 to March 2021, respectively. Mr. Harris was the Chief Executive Officer of Xpress Global Systems, a shipping and distribution services freight company, from November 2016 to October 2020.
