Contract Description

This cooperative contract with AEPA based in Kentucky can be used in all 50 states.

The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) is a multi-state non-profit organization made up of Educational Service Agencies / political subdivisions organized through a Memorandum of Understanding between all participating states.

They are a true “cooperative” who serves to leverage purchasing power to benefit all schools and agencies, regardless of size, with the ability to purchase at equal buying levels.

Available Products

Specific to alternative student transportation, First Student offers a universal driver training platform, transportation services (including but not limited to special needs, McKinney-Vento, and hard-to-serve trips), transportation route coverage, transportation technology (including tracking, scheduling, and parent/faculty communications), compliant vehicles, and compliance with current state education regulations.

Additional value propositions include EV consulting, operational and fleet assessment, fleet maintenance, routing services, and driver and safety training, which can be priced upon request.
