Geoff Gerks has served as our Chief Human Resources Officer since January 2026, and the Chief Human Resources Officer of First Student, Inc. since January 2023.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Gerks served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, North America of Allied Universal, a private global security services and technology company, from October 2021 to December 2022. Mr. Gerks also served at G4S, a public global security and technology company, in various executive roles from March 2013 to October 2021, including as Americas Region Chief Human Resources Officer from 2019 to October 2021.
