First Student Van Service
Giving all students the chance to succeed
Van transportation offers a more flexible and customizable model to help meet the needs of special population students.
We know that many districts are faced with the operational and fiscal challenges of transporting out-of-district students, students served by McKinney-Vento, and students with developmental disabilities or other special needs.
Vans are more than a vehicle. They offer a safe, reliable transportation method that can be transformative for your students. In fact, some of our students have made their very first friend on our vans.

Vans deliver significant fleet cost, fuel, and maintenance savings and can reduce the number of transportation vendors your district needs to manage.
Self-operated districts can have up to 40% of their transportation budgets dedicated exclusively to transporting students with special needs.
