Location #20635 in Coventry, RI teamed up with their local Pink Heals chapter to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. This is the fourth year the location has partnered with the local chapter to help in their fundraising efforts. Every Friday in October, the location conducted a raffle of items donated by staff members. On the final day of the month-long event, a representative from the Pink Heals organization arrived at the location in a pink fire truck to accept a check for their fundraising efforts. During the site visit, staff members also purchased Pink Heals merchandise that brought their fundraising total to $2,800, making the location’s four-year fundraising effort total to $9,000.
